Great Food Truck Race - Food Network

In case you missed it there is a new show that is centered around the Gourmet Food Truck craze.  Tyler Florence is the host of the Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network.  The first episode that aired on Sunday night was a wild ride as seven food trucks armed with $500 dollars charged down to San Diego to sell, sell, sell.  The trucks will be challenged to travel about 4000 miles from LA to NY with a number of stops and challenges along the way.  Each week the truck that makes the least amount of money will be eliminated.
